TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The above are nett prices
  2. All bookings are subject to space availability.
  3. Non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total rental charges is required to confirm the booking.
  4. Balance payable on the actual day, immediately after event preferably by company's cheque or cash.
  5. At least 1 Nexus technician must be hired at all events. More may be required, at the recommendation of our technical & facilities executive, depending on the type of set up required.
  6. Please refer to "Facilities list for Auditorium & America Room" for equipments included in your package and rental cost for additional equipment
  7. Rates validity: with immediate effect until further notice
  8. The Management reserves the right to amend any terms & conditions pricing without prior notice.
